Creating a new survey

To create a new survey, you need to have the role of tenant admin in your Effect.IO tenant. Also, make sure you are working within the scope of being a tenant admin (not as part of a company)

In the left side menu, navigate to the surveys->surveys list. Click the "Add new" in top right corner.

To set up a survey, you'll be presented with a wizard. All of the inputs can be adjusted later on, but to get started you need to complete them.

About the fields

All of these settings can be adjusted after the survey is created. So the ones in "Create" tab is most important

1. Survey name: The name of the
2. Survey code: A unique code referencing the survey
3. Parent survey: If you have purchused a 360-survey license for your tenant setup, you can add manager, subordinate surveys, etc by adding the candidate survey as parent survey.
4. Compact mode: A special survey-mode where the left-side menu you see in survey editor also is presented for the respondents (with page names).
5. Languages: Here you can add as many languages you'd like. If there is a need for languages not listed, contact us on support and we'll add them for you.
