Effect IO has some default roles. Here follows information about what the roles get access to:

Tenant admin: This is the user with full access to create new surveys, reports, client/customer companies and users. Can also create other tenant admins

Company admin: The client/company user that gets access to update company information and add users to its own company

Project admin: A client/company user that can crate projects, invite respondents, send reminders and download reports in client/company projects.
